Cesta de Alimentos – Organic Social Media Management

Cesta de Alimentos is one of Orbe’s longest-standing clients. Being an established company, implementing new communication channels was a challenge. Our goal was to bring the company closer to its audience and foster two-way communication (feedback-driven interaction between the company and its audience, enabled by social media) to better receive and respond to customer demands.

All communication targets Cesta’s main audience, generating strong engagement and using social media for product inquiries, pricing, and questions. We created Cesta’s social media profiles from scratch—such as Instagram and WhatsApp—and continue managing them, providing customer service and directing leads to the appropriate departments for sales closure.

To further connect the company with its audience, we built Cesta’s image around a relatable character who communicates on equal terms, in a fun and approachable way. This character started as a sporadic participant in production and became the main figure representing Cesta’s social media presence.

The page became so connected to its audience that organic growth was remarkable: highly engaged followers, a large volume of daily messages and interactions, and follower count rising from zero to 35.9 thousand.
